Pricing for Home Inspections
Pricing can vary from one inspection company to the next, but so do qualifications and services. Our pricing is competitive and our services go beyond industry standards. We do not believe in "surprise fees" at the time of the inspection, so you can expect to be charged what we quote you on the phone. Our pricing structure for a home inspection is mainly based upon the square footage of the home, but other variables may affect price as well. Houses under 2000 sq. ft. start at $298, but every house is different, so please call for a specific quote.
Additional fees are as follows:
- Additional $40 for pool or spa inspection.
- Additional $30 for general outbuilding inspection.
- Additional $40 for pier and beam foundation.
- Septic inspections can vary depending on conditions. Call for pricing.
Pricing for Energy Audit Inspections
Energy Audit Inspections are 11 cents per square ft., with a minimum charge of $240.
However, if you schedule a home inspection with Thermal Imaging Scan, then the Energy Audit service is 50% off!!!
Yes - thats right - Energy Audit Inspection can be as low as $120 when scheduled with a home inspection!
- To re-inspect a property (repair verification) is 1/2 your original inspection fee.
- Termite inspections are $75 for slab and $90 for pier and beam.(plus tax) Note - Termite inspections are not performed by this company. As a courtesy to our customers, we will schedule (on your behalf) a WDI inspection to be performed by a licensed Pest Control Company.
Payment is accepted by cash, check or money order at the time of the inspection or before delivery of the inspection report unless prior arrangments have been made.
